Plymouth Youth Theatre Company

Mark Sidey, local freelance director and theatre practitioner aims to teach the Plymouth Youth Theatre Company all forms of musical theatre - from vocal technique to physical movement on stage. Mark also teaches and directs at Plymkids and has worked with Italia Conti Associate School and the Education Department at Plymouth Theatre Royal’s TR2.

Plymouth Youth Theatre Company is an essential part of the evolvement of theatre in our community. Plymouth Youth Theatre Company helps young people to develop life skills through fun workshops, along with building on performance skills.

Members of the Company have recently performed at the Theatre Royal in Half a Sixpence and at the Devonport Playhouse in Simply Christmas, Wind in the Willows, The Music Man, It’s Christmas at the Playhouse, Annie and their own productions Showtime and Lullaby of Broadway.
